What would help you build a good profile for admission at the UG level?

Stream to Choose at +2 level:

You can choose any stream at +2 level for admission to a graduate course in media and communication. However taking up humanities stream with journalism may help you better in appearing for entrance exams.

Subjects to focus:

Admission to undergraduate courses are through admission tests which are generally aptitude and general awareness tests( depends on the universities/institutions). Focus on improving your English and native language ability and general/ social awareness.

Some skills to acquire:

For undertaking a course in media and communication you should have good reading, writing and speaking skills and work on improving your language abilities and technological skills.

Minimum marks:

Although no minimum aggregate percentage is defined for admission to media and communication courses, a good aggregate percentage will give you an added advantage in admission to good institutions.
